I've always been driven by creativity and curiosity. Design is where they came together.
Over two decades, I've led design at Amazon, Google, Disney, and TiVo, helping shape products at global scale, guiding teams through transformation, and working across streaming, connected entertainment, and AI-enabled experiences.
But the work story is only part of the story.
I've lived abroad, taught design in Japan, co-founded companies, written novels, and worked as a photographer across more than 50 countries and six continents. That range isn't incidental. It's the thing that gave me my perspective.
A life shaped by making
My background spans fine art, philosophy, writing, photography, and filmmaking. Each discipline sharpened something different. Form and emotional resonance, how narrative shapes meaning, how to see what others miss. Together, they gave me something I value deeply: range with a point of view.
Living in Italy and Japan expanded my sense of culture and communication in lasting ways. It deepened my belief that creativity isn't just about expression, it's about growth, confidence, and helping people become more than they thought they could be.
What excites me now
I'm energized by work at the intersection of design leadership, AI, and creative transformation. How we keep craft alive as tools evolve. How we build products that feel more human in an increasingly automated world. How we create organizations where talented people do the best work of their lives.
Creativity and curiosity still drive me.
If any of that resonates, I'd love to connect.
